Indoor and Outdoor Facility -- 450 seated guests and up to 700 theater style. Available 12 hours daily for weddings and receptions, conferences, educational trainings, meetings, fundraising, theatrical performances, art shows, dances, proms reunions and holiday events. This a warm contempoary and elegant location with high ceilings, patio and fountained terrace. Twinkle lights and muted soft colors bring warmth to the large ballroom.
Location offers a main ballroom for up to 450 guests with dance floor. The banquet room will accommodate 700 guests theater style plus lobby, patio, small conference room, patio holds 200 seated guests, 300 standing guests. There is an elevated stage, with full backstage area, theatrical lighting, professional kitchen, with bar & ice machine. The lovely main room has carpeted flooring with a large wood-finish dance floor, display cases, upholstered chairs, 5' round banquet tables and 6'x8' banquet tables.
There is a technically superior PA system with 48 ceiling speakers, microphones, audio and visual video system with giant built-in screen. Available are a Concert Grand Piano, slide projector and a dressing area. Room has year-round climate control

The Luther Burbank center is host to a multitude of private and public events. Two main theaters technically equipped stage with lighting and audio. Garden courtyard and several seminar rooms plus a board room, center mall and spacious foyer, plus a chapel are available.

The New Furth Center is an elegant location for all events located next to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. The California Mission Style architecture influence is apparent on the building and Courtyard. The Grand Ballroom has excellent acoustics, a lovely entry and layout with a large dance floor and stage that enjoys all the technical advances including video projection on a large screen. There are high-beamed ceilings with chandeliers and the lovely windows open the Ballroom to adjacent Courtyard for major events. Wedding ceremonies and other events are completed in the Church next door or in the Courtyard.
